Refund Policy

We can all make mistakes - and sometimes the work seen surfing the internet is not always what was expected when the excitement of purchase and unwrapping has settled. Tacit, therefore, offers website sales a 5 day money back period assuming that the work was not seen at the gallery prior to purchase. A purchaser taking this option will pay in full for the safe return of the artwork along with an administration fee of 10% of the value of the artwork. The gallery must be satisfied the work is in the condition as originally dispatched. A refund for the cost of the work will then be arranged. There are no refunds for the original cost of transporting the work. Any restoration work that may be required as a result of dispatch will be deducted from the refund.

If you receive a damaged artwork or product, or one which does not match the original order, Tacit Art must be notified immediately. The incorrect or damaged product must be returned within 10 days from the receipt of goods for consideration of a refund.

For any refund, we ask that you provide the online receipt and invoice: where the work is damaged, images of the damage should also be provided.
